Refund policy

We hope you love your Sable8 order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned with all original tags attached.

There’s no need to contact us before making a standard return. Simply send your item, along with your order details, to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Sable8 cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll check the item and process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

If 14 days have passed since we received your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at studio@sable8.co.uk.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges.

If you’d like a different size, colour or item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at studio@sable8.co.uk before returning it.

Please include your order number and details of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

We’re unable to cancel orders before dispatch.

If you no longer want your order, you can return it once it has been delivered in accordance with the returns process above.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
