Shipping & Delivery

We know you’ll be looking forward to receiving your Sable8 order. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–4 working days (Monday–Friday).

Weekends and UK bank holidays are not classed as working days, so orders placed around these times may take a little longer.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

Standard delivery — £4.99
Free standard delivery on orders of £75 or more

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to arrive.

Please allow for both our 3–4 working day dispatch time and the 3–5 working day delivery estimate when placing your order.

We do not currently offer express or next-day delivery.

Royal Mail Second Class is not a tracked service, so tracking information will not be provided with your order.

Occasionally, deliveries may take a little longer than expected once they are with Royal Mail.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at studio@sable8.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 working hours, Monday–Friday.

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

We’re unable to cancel orders before dispatch and cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been placed.

Orders are sent in neutral poly mailing bags to keep your items protected during delivery.
